Prices and Booking

Prices are based upon the sessions you book ranging from one-to-one bespoke training to small group classes.

The overall training programme will take into account the level of fitness, timescales and end goals. As a result, prices are tailored to each client depending upon the individual programmes we design for each client/group. Sessions will last either 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the individual/group.
